We are looking to place an order, but many species are Sold Out. When will those Sold Out become re-available ? 40lb Raw Honey pail
Our home is now "white sugar free" and sweetens everything with Crystal's Raw Honey. Liquifying your product at 115 degrees destroys a fair amount of the antioxidant value, so we purchase "raw only" product, even though cystallized product is so much more labor intensive to reconstitute from the 40 lb buckets to more conveniently sized containers, so we've found a secondary use for our hot tub by placing the fully sealed buckets in the tub just above bucket seal for a week at an ideal 104 degrees, which naturally de-crystalizes without compromising product quality. We've purchased a substantial volume of honey from Crystal's and sometimes we catch a break and the product must have just been harvested and still remains in a fully liquid form sparing the need for the "hot tub" treatment. Are all your varieties of honey harvested and come available for sale at the same time of year and if so, would it be possible to publish that schedule as to when is the best time to have the freshest and greatest available selection for purchase and restocking ?
