Is this honey cold packed? Or it heated?

I want to make sure this honey is not heated and that I bought raw cold packed honey.

Hi there! Our honey is not heated. We specialize in raw honey, and our honey never reaches temperatures above 95 degrees, as that is about as cold as it can be done, which is a temperature that the honey can reach in the hives. The industry standard is heating to over 120 degrees, and the honey will usually never granulate after that temperature. That is why you see our honey granulate (proof that it has not been heated).
