Honey grading isn't something most people are familiar with, so great question! The USDA does have a voluntary grading system for honey, but it's based almost entirely on visual factors like clarity, color consistency, and moisture content. It has nothing to do with flavor, quality of nectar, or how the honey was handled.
Most beekeepers don't submit to USDA grading, because it simply isn't a meaningful measure of describing the honey. What can be more helpful is sharing the specific tasting notes for our Cranberry and Blueberry honey. The cranberry is bright, tangy-sweet with subtle acidity and pairs well with cheddar, dark chocolate, and for glazing. The blueberry is light, bright and gently fruity and goes well with tea, yogurt, and cereal.
