Our raw wildflower honey is produced from wildflowers in New York and Massachusetts vs. Vermont. The two are similar. First of all, we want people to be able to choose honey that is local to their area. Beyond that, there are some subtle but lovely differences between the two. The Vermont wildflower is a smooth, floral, bright honey, and the New York is also that, but a little darker with a little more herbal notes due to the longer growing season and wider variety of flowers.
