Here are two easy options that won't damage the raw goodness of your honey:
If you have a container large enough to fit the pail, you can set it in warm water kept at or below 100°F and let it slowly soften from the outside in. Just be patient and keep checking the water temperature.
The easier option for most people is to scoop the honey into smaller jars and warm those in a bowl of water at or below 100°F. Smaller portions warm up much faster and are a lot easier to manage than a full 10lb pail.
Either way, keeping the temperature at or below 100°F is the key to preserving all the raw enzymes and goodness intact!
