Cranberry is one of our most unique and limited honeys, and here's why! Our bees' first job is actually pollinating cranberry bogs for farmers on Cape Cod and Nantucket. The honey is a byproduct of that process, which means the harvest is small and we don't always have enough to bottle while also keeping our hives healthy.
Pollination season runs every summer, and by fall we'll know whether we have a cranberry harvest to share. Fingers crossed! The best way to catch it when it's available is to keep an eye on our site or sign up for email updates.
