Does The Raw Black Locust Honey supposed to have flecks of honeycomb in it?
Raw Black Locust Honey
Hi,
I received two jars of Raw Black Locust honey today. I used it to make a cup of ginger tea. A fine film was on top of the tea. It was grainy and hard. Is that part of the honeycomb? It is not noticeable when consuming the tea. The taste of the honey is delicious!
Thanks so much for your assistance in this matter.
Kindest regards,
Linda Hillman
