Thank you for reaching out! We don't currently carry propolis, but great question on the difference between the two!
Pollen is collected by bees from flowers as they forage. It is their primary protein source and is packed with vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Many people enjoy bee pollen for its nutritional benefits and potential allergy support.
Propolis is a completely different substance. Bees make it by combining tree resins, beeswax, and other botanical compounds and use it as a sealant and antimicrobial agent inside the hive. It is often used for its natural antibacterial and immune supporting properties.
We do carry bee pollen if that is something you are interested in!
