For bulk orders, you would first choose your varietal, as color and flavor vary quite a bit across our honeys! Here's a sense of what we carry, ranging from light to dark:
Light end: Black Locust (NY), Clover (ND), Sage (CA), Orange (FL)
Medium: Blueberry (ME/NJ), Raspberry (ME), Cranberry (MA), Wildflower (NY/MA), VT Wildflower, Southern Wildflower (LA)
Dark end: Knotweed (NY/MA)
