Such a great question. We're currently working on adding more detailed descriptions for all of our honeys, because they really are wonderfully different from one another. From the pale, delicate sage to the light and fruity blueberry and raspberry, the bright citrusy orange, the classic wildflower, and the caramel-like, bold knotweed...each one has its own personality, color, and intensity.
