Raw Knotweed Honey
I've been advised to eat honey from bees that feed on the plants that grow in my neighborhood which is only 2 towns away from Billerica, MA.

The wildflower and knotweed honey are both produced by bees in NY and MA. The same plants grow in both states so you typically want to source your honey within 500 miles of your home. In your town is probably on the extreme side and not very different from what people will have up to 500 miles away. Actually a honey made locally to you one year may not be as diverse as honey made over a lager area and therefore you would not receive the benefits of a more diverse pollen season.
