What is the difference between your liquid varieties and the raw varieties?

The Raw products we sell are unheated and unfiltered, that typically means they granulate very quickly. Typically everything we ship is fully granulated. Occasionally the honey has recently been packed and has not had time to granulate. the Liquid option is for customers who prefer their honey to be liquid and don't have means to liquify it themselves. If you choose Liquid we will put the honey in a water bath at 115 for two days. This typically will fully liquify a pail.
