As we talk about in the description. The black honey is a byproduct of wax processing and the dark color comes from heating. You can use it for mead.
Is the black color from the flowers or from the processing of the honey? Is it a good choice for mead? Black Honey
The usage would be for carmelized honey mead. How would this be different from wildflower honey? Thanks!
